Description
Participants will receive an overview of the workshop series and will recognize how the Earth (and native plants in particular) provided for all of the traditional needs, both physical and cultural, of the Coast Miwok and other Indigenous people of California.
Topics of exploration: Food, Shelter, Clothing, Hunting/Gathering Implements, Tools/Technology, Transportation, Medicine, Art, Music, Jewelry and tule as a staple native plant/Fall Tule harvest.
