Description
Participants will be able to identify and discuss the ways in which Indigenous people developed specific methods of processing native plants for diverse uses, including food preparation/cooking methods.
Topics of exploration: plant processing techniques of drying, soaking, leaching, dyeing, cooking/roasting.
